1:1 Coaching

One on one coaching focusses on the mindset. It's about creating a sense of self-awareness, agency and accountability. Leah works with the business to understand the vision and goals and via the one to one coaching sessions supports the leadership team in meeting with the goals.

Mentoring

Leadership mentoring is all about working on the business not in the business. With new leadership teams there's often a knowledge gap and huge growth required to step in to their new position. Mentoring can fast track success.

workshops

Confidence Club has a number of CPD accredited workshops all designed to support rising leadership teams in exploring their vision, values and leadership style. The workshops focus on active and peer-to-peer learning. They are a fun, collaborative and practical experience.

Hi, I'm Leah.

Before founding Confidence Club I was Ops Director of a multi-million pound tech company, based in Cheshire.

I have over 15 years experience working in services based businesses and running teams that had to deliver when it came to the very best customer service and service based solutions.

Running a business is hard but it's easier with a leadership team who are all working towards the same goal.

I know all too well how difficult is it to find the right support for new or young leadership teams. I wanted to create impactful programmes for them because with the right training and investment, they will take your business in to the next 10 years and beyond.
